When talking about Hickory and his love for lemon squares. It birthed this beautiful image and his complex feelings for the treat.
Hickory
This is actual concept artwork for Hickory and how he might look. He has gone through so many different species and his role has changed so many times. The main ones being a vulture, caterpillar, and a rabbit. But it was finally agreed that the best possible choice for his was a hare.
Hickory and Mail Glaggle grooming
The team was having a brief discussion about Hickory and Mail's relationship. Where it was agreed upon that Hickory would do this just to piss Mail off.
Winnie Concept
Winnie has had major changes throughout development. But one thing that is always the same is that she's a bluebird.
Olives Concept
Olive is a punk rocker in her small country hometown. We really wanted that to come through in her design.
Hickory's Reaction To Being Doxed
This funny little thing was created during a talk, about a potential storyline for Hickory.
Reuben's Concept
Reuben's ideas were straight forwards. Expect for the obvious fact that we talked and it was decided that he should have dwarfism along with a prosthetic limb.
Olive the pyro
This image was born when the group was talking about potential endings for one of Hickories route.
Mail's Concept
Now this guy is infamous amongst the team for many reasons. One of them being the fact that his name is actually a serious joke being a remix of the name Liam.
Bald
A important part of Reuben's character is his massive amount of hair. So, prior to adding that detail he was bald which gave birth to more fabulous hair types he could do.
Hickories Sadness
Hickory is just a overall loser but he's a justified angry sad man.

One of the many different types of Reubens.
Clown Reuben
Another Reuben hair type. The clown weenie is now here to stay.
The Previous Main Character
Before Reuben there was Hayden. He was a good starting point for the story and lead to many amazing story points in the story. However, for the story to be tighter it was for the best to replace Hayden with Reuben.
Mom's There Important
This is actually concepting art of Reuben's Mom and Betty Olives Mom. Betty has a more important role in the story than Reuben's Ma but she's nevertheless important to Reuben's character.
Winnie Character Idea
When writing Winnie and her role in the story. There was a moment in time where she was going to be revamped into being Reubens biological sister. But it was thought best for her to be a adapted sister as so to keep her bluejay design.
Bastard
Noah is Olive's Dad along with being Betty's husband. He's a terrible person but also a product of his time. Fueled by regrets and anger he does things he doesn't like and will come to forever hate.
